32 Sun Soaked Puppers for your Daily Dose of Vitamin D(og)

With summer in full swing and most of us still spending upwards of 40 hours a week sitting in a fluorescently lit office, it is high time that we take care of ourselves and get some Vitamin D in our system. And while it might not be a direct exposure to the sun, we figured that this cute collection of sunbathing puppers could at least encourage you to get outdoors and enjoy some real Vitamin D, as opposed to the Vitamin D(og) we have on offer here.

Once again we find ourselves at the height of summer with too much work and not enough free time to get out and enjoy the best time of year. Stuck behind desks, ratcheted to responsibilities and mowed down by meetings it can feel as though this summer is going to pass us by and we will not have enjoyed it even from a moment. So we decided to make like a squirrel and say nuts to that, everyone deserves to at least feel like they have enjoyed some part of this summer and so we made this list of sun soaked puppers to give you a taste of warmth our sun has been radiating this summer.

So whatever you are doing, take a break and find yourself a warm spot to lounge in while you let your heart be warmed from the inside out by these darling doggos enjoying the summer sun. Whether you are into poolside puppers sipping mocktails, deck doggos who enjoy a good sunning while surveying their property, or you just enjoy a good old good boy chilling in the grass. It cannot be denied that doggos go best in pairs and what more could you want than a pair of pawdorable puppers sunbathing on their lawn. The pawfect representation of canine child harmony in a household and the sweetest way to spend an afternoon. And an especially high dose of Vitamin D(og). We do not know about you, but we feel a whole heap better after seeing these two canine cuties cuddling in the summer sun. It almost gives us hope that we will find someone to laze around like this in the sun with.

It is not in summer that it is clearest to see which pupper prefers their time to be spent in the sun and which puppers could do without. But when winter rolls around, it is clear as day to see who amongst our darling doggos is a sweet sun soaker, and who is a beautiful blanket burrower. Each are entirely valid ways of getting the heat needed to make it through winter, but only the sun soaking puppers will get the extra benefit of that Vitamin D(og).
